Renovation Notice
Ocean Lawn Beautification
Work will take place from Early January to early February 2004, Mondays through Fridays 8AM-4:30PM. No high-level noise disruption is anticipated. All events scheduled on the Ocean Lawn have been relocated. Foot traffic may be diverted in areas surrounding the lawn. The Mai Tai Bar will continue to be operational.

Driveway Upgrade
Work will take place from Early January to mid February 2004, Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM. There will be noise disruption during construction hours. Access to the main lobby will be available at all times. Valet parking will be limited during this period. Security will be posted in this area to assist with traffic flow.
 

Tower Renovations
The Tower Lobby/Corridors and Guest Rooms are currently undergoing renovations. Room renovations will consist of: new carpeting, granite floor tile, new furniture with comptemporary Hawaiian flair, new bathroom fixtures and accessories, new bar counter/refrigerator cabinet and ceiling fans/light fixture.
 

The Lobby/Corridors renovations will consist of: new carpeting and edging, new area rugs, new furniture and lamps, refinish elevator doors, refinish decorative shutters on walls.
 

The renovations will result in some noise due to the bathrooms, however, it will be restricted to the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily and floors will be closed as they are renovated. Disturbances are expected to be minimal. Renovations should be completed the end of March 2004.
