POOL CLOSURE:
The ASTON Aloha Surf Hotel's swimming pool will be closed temporarily
for renovations starting Wednesday, February 18, 2004 through March 12,
2004. Improvements to the pool will include fixing all the concrete
spalling, cracks in the pool and replacing all the surfaces with new
pool tiles. The hotel will also be extending the pool seating area and
double its size.
During the renovation, the hotel has made alternate pool arrangements at
the Sand Villa Hotel, which is located directly across the street.
Disturbances are expected to be minimal.
**Due to situations beyond the hotels control, the completion of the
pool renovation has been delayed and will now re-open on Monday, March
22, 2004. Guests may still continue to utilize the pool at the Sand
Villa Hotel, which is located directly across the street.
RENOVATIONS
Effective January 19, 2004, spalling work will be done to the garage
area of the ASTON Aloha Surf Hotel. The noise will be minimal and access
to the hotel will not be affected. Work will be done during the weekdays
between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to minimize any inconveniences.
