The brand new Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas are nestled between
the shimmering Pacific Ocean and verdant West Maui Mountains.
Features include all villa rooms with fully equipped kitchens,
marble counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Whirlpool tubs in all
rooms. Outdoor activities abound and the general store can
provide most of the items needed for stocking the kitchen

Notes
At this point in the project, all of the amenities and
activities have been completed and are available for the use of
our incoming guests.
Areas under construction as of September 24, 2003 will be:
The focus of all the construction will be the completion of
building's "B" and "C". The anticipated completion date of both
buildings is early Spring 2005.
Construction hours are normally from 7:00AM to 3:30 PM Monday
through Friday.
Buildings "B" and "C" are expected to be topped off with roofs
by the end of 1st Quarter of 2004. Cranes will remain in place
for a few additional months, lifting supplies and materials to
the upper floors as well as finishing the outside of the
buildings. Although by 9/23 both buildings will be out of the
ground, there will still be noise and some dust during normal
construction hours. In order to minimize the disturbance into
the completed courtyard, a dust and visual screening wall will
be built along the entire length of building "B", separating the
guest activity area from the construction area. The Construction
Company will make every possible effort to finish the side of
Building "B"' first that faces into the courtyard.
The final projects running either concurrently with, or near the
end of, the construction of building "B" and "C" will be the
following:
The relocation of the entry driveway to the Kahekili Beach Park.
The completion of the entry water feature at Kai Ala Drive
Various upgrades to Kai Ala Drive, including the addition of a
sidewalk.
Final pavement of the remaining surface parking lots.
KEIKI KAMP - Children's Program
ALL DAY KAMP:

Cost: $45.00 for the first child, each additional child is

HALF DAY KAMP:
Cost: $25.50 with lunch, $22.50 without lunch
