Effective immediately, all guests registered in a non-smoking room will be advised of Kaanapali Beach's policy banning smoking within the guest room including the outdoor lanai (balcony) area. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a mandatory cleaning fee of $150.00, collected directly from guest. The fee will be collected upon the first violation of this policy.

The fee covers the professional services required to remove smoke residue and disinfect guest room carpets, walls, drapes and air vents for the health and comfort of fellow and future guests.
