A deluxe beachfront all-suite resort in the Ka'anapali West Maui area
featuring all the amenities and services of a hotel with the comfort of
a one or two bedroom suite. The suites have a lanai, wet bar, microwave,
refrigerator and a coffee maker. Complimentary full American breakfast
and 2 hour cocktail party daily. Each suite has a 35" color TV and
entertainment center in the living room with another smaller TV in the
bedroom, 2 telephones and a voice message system. Amenities include: a 1
acre pool with a water slide, childrens program, 2 restaurants, 2
cocktail lounges, room service concierge service, fitness center, beauty
salon, spa, sauna, beach activities center.

Airport, Twenty-four miles from Kahului Airport.
RENOVATION INFORMATION: Updated 11/18/03
In the fall, they will be installing hallway carpeting on every floor.
This project is done 1 floor at a time and is quiet. While there are
workers in one hallway at a time, the area is totally accessible except
for one half hour per section.
Suite renovation is scheduled to begin on November 17 to last for
approx. 6 weeks. Work should end just prior to Christmas. This work will
be on the 11th floor only, and construction noise is limited to 9:30am
to 4pm when the guests are out.
Beginning January 5, 2004 the 12th floor will be renovated. Construction
noise will be limited to 9:30AM to 4pm. These renovations are scheduled
to be completed by February 20, 2004.
Due to the size and complexity of the resort, there are always projects
under way to keep the resort looking it's best. The goal is to make
those events as unobtrusive as possible resulting in minimum impact on
guests.
