***RENOVATIONS
UPDATE***
Currently the property is reorganizing the coconut trees lining the
parking lot in order to increase parking capacity. Once this process is
completed the parking lot will be repaved. Luau Halau: The Halau is
being painted and ceiling fans installed. The restrooms are being
retiled and remodeled.
We have scheduled all work that results in noise to be completed between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Signs will mark the areas of the
hotel that are under construction. There will be a Manager on property
24 hours a day to assist guests.
