The 48 cottages are charmingly austere and a welcome retreat for travelers looking for a unique vacation experience reminiscent of Hawaii in the early 1900's. Restored Plantation Workers' Cottages are in the midst of a 27 acre coconut grove, representing the historic sugar plantation era of Hawaii. The cottages offer full kitchens, ceiling fans, cable television, CD/cassette players, and data ports (will activate for a charge). The black sand beach that fronts the property, although not recommended for swimming, is excellent for sunbathing and moonlight strolls.


Important Notes
  • 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. is quiet time
  • Front desk is open between 7:30 a.m. and 9 p.m.. Arrivas after hours will have an envelope at the Reception entrance with instructions to access their cottages.
